These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Sarwech Shar ("we", "us", "our", or "Developer") regarding your use of the Relic mobile application and website ("App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Relic is a mobile application that lets you:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any collections, notes, or data you create in Relic belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Prices shown in Relic are sourced from PriceCharting and reflect recent eBay sales. They are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about accuracy or completeness. Always do your own research before buying or selling.
We aim to keep Relic available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and will give reasonable notice for significant changes.
All design, code, branding, and content within Relic (excluding your personal data and third-party game assets) is owned by Sarwech Shar. You may not reproduce or use any of it without written permission.
Game titles, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Relic is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
Relic integrates with third-party services including PriceCharting and Resend. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pricing data is accurate or up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarwech Shar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Relic, including any losses based on pricing information shown in the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update the App or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be flagged in the App. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate it into the App without restriction or compensation.
If you access Relic via Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
